THE ART OF HOME

The Westminster Edit

It all Began with a Vision

Crafted with Legacy in Mind

When we first stood on the raw land that would become 70 McCallar Lane, we saw more than trees and soil—we saw the opportunity to create something exceptional. A home of lasting beauty. A Concord estate that would reflect both timeless design and modern refinement. A place where every detail would matter. That vision became our mission: to build a residence that doesn’t just meet expectations, but elevates them.

Today, 70 McCallar Lane stands as the realization of that goal. A Dutch Colonial rooted in tradition, but designed for contemporary living. Over 7,400 square feet of meticulously planned space—each room a chapter in a larger story of sophistication, functionality, and warmth.

From the start, no decision was made lightly. Every material was chosen with intention. Every fixture, finish, and molding was hand-selected to contribute to a cohesive and elevated living experience. We worked with some of the finest craftspeople in New England to bring this home to life—down to the coffered ceilings, the dramatic gallery hall, and the inviting great room where natural light spills across wide-plank hardwoods.

We built this home for someone who appreciates substance as much as style. Someone who values legacy. Someone who wants a home that stands the test of time—not only in structure, but in spirit.

Set just one mile from Concord Center and nestled on two private acres, this estate offers both intimacy and presence. It’s secluded, yet completely connected to the history, culture, and beauty that define Concord.

This is not just a house—it’s a home with purpose, a property built to leave a lasting impression.
